Changes to Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
| Dear Google Apps administrator for thegoodconspiracy.com,
We’re getting rid of over 60 different privacy policies across Google and replacing them with one that’s a lot shorter and easier to read. Our new policy covers multiple products and features, reflecting our desire to create one beautifully simple and intuitive experience for your users across Google products. As always, Google will maintain your data in strict compliance with the confidentiality and security obligations provided to your domain. If you permit your users to access optional additional Google services for your domain, your users may separately receive notifications communicating the new Privacy Policy. You can visit your Google Apps control panel at any time if you’d like to review the additional services accessible to your users. We’re excited about the improvements we are making across our products and appreciate your support. You can view the new privacy policy at http://www.google.com/policies. These changes will take effect on March 1, 2012. Please do not reply to this email. Mail sent to this address cannot be answered. Also, never enter your Google Account password after following a link in an email or chat to an untrusted site. Instead, go directly to the site, such as mail.google.com or www.google.com/accounts. Google will never email you to ask for your password or other sensitive information. |
Dear Google Apps administrator,
We recently transitioned your organization to the new infrastructure for Google Apps accounts, a change that makes over 60 additional Google applications like Google Places, Google Reader, Picasa Web Albums and AdWords accessible with Google Apps accounts.
To determine which of these additional applications your users should be able to access, click “Organizations & users”, then “Services” from your Control Panel. Your Control Panel can be accessed at https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/thegoodconspiracy.com
Note: This email confirms that your transition is complete! No further action is required on your part, and your users will see a notification about this change the first time they sign in after the update. To learn more about how this change may impact your users, visit our Help Center article.
If you have additional questions about this transition, we encourage you to explore our Help Center documentation for administrators and for end-users.
Sincerely,
The Google Apps Team
Dear Google Apps administrator,
You may have heard about new infrastructure changes coming to Google Apps accounts. Apps administrators can allow users to access over 60 new applications such as Blogger, Reader, and Analytics.
We strongly recommend you transition your users now by signing into the control panel and clicking “Get started”. But if you do not take action, we plan to fully transition your organization ourselves in the next couple of days — including all users that you have not yet transitioned yourself.
As an administrator, we encourage you to learn more about how this change impacts your users. If you have questions about this transition, we encourage you to explore our Help Center documentation for administrators and for end-users.
Sincerely,
The Google Apps Team
Dear Google Apps administrator,
Google Apps accounts are undergoing an improvement, allowing you to give users access to over 60 additional applications from Google. We encourage you to transition your organization’s accounts on your own schedule now.
- Make the change on your own timeline
- Have time to try the new infrastructure with a subset of your accounts first
- Use automated mailing lists and email templates to pre-notify your users
- Get access to over 60 additional applications from Google right away
Start the transition today by clicking the “Get started” or “Transition more users” button in your control panel:

If you have questions about this transition, we encourage you to explore our Help Center documentation for administrators and for end-users.
Sincerely,
The Google Apps Team
Update on changes to Google Apps
Hello,
We recently announced upcoming changes to the maximum number of users for Google Apps. We want to let you know that, as a current customer, the changes will not affect you.
As of May 10, any organization that signs up for a new account will be required to use the paid Google Apps for Business product in order to create more than 10 users. We honor our commitment to all existing customers and will allow you to add more than 10 users to your account for thegoodconspiracy.com at no additional charge, based on the limit in place when you joined us.
Sincerely,
The Google Apps Team
